Description:
Mid-level leaders with more than two years in their roles face the unique challenge of balancing daily tasks with future needs while addressing concerns coming from above and below in an organization. Leaders must cultivate a strong leadership mindset if they are going to successfully handle these complex challenges and contribute to a healthy organizational culture.

This course focuses on core competencies associated with Leading People and Leading Change: Vision, Creativity & Innovation, Team Building, and Developing. This course also places a special focus on adapting to challenges in today’s VUCA environment (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) by developing a human-centered leadership mindset that is ready to foster diversity & inclusion, respond to employee well-being needs, and create healthy organizational cultures.
Participants will have the opportunity to take self-assessments to better understand their leadership style, how they navigate change, and the roles of different team members. Finally, participants will apply their knowledge to develop strategies in their Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
